What is the refunds or exchanges policy?
Before You Purchase
Please make sure to review your selected items carefully. Once an order is delivered, it is no longer eligible for return.
At the Time of Delivery
We recommend checking your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please hand it back to the courier at the time of delivery.
If You Change Your Mind
If you decide not to keep the item upon delivery, you may return it to the courier. Shipping fees will apply in this case.
For any damaged or defective products, kindly take a clear photo and contact our support team via Instagram.
Returns cannot be accepted after the courier has left.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags intact.
Review & Replacement
Once the item is received and approved after inspection, a replacement will be arranged and shipped to you.

What is the Delivery Policy ?
The courier will attempt to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Please note that the order will also be automatically canceled if there is an error in the mobile number provided. Please ensure that you can be reached and receive your order during these attempts. Any delay, change of address, or failure to receive the order will be counted as a delivery attempt.
Please note that you are permitted to open the package in the presence of the delivery driver. If you wish to exchange any product, please collect your order and then contact us via our Instagram account
